The crane technology most commonly uses the e-chains family E4 and the P4 roller energy chain. They comply with standards and can be used universally – more than 30,000 cranes worldwide are equipped with these igus energy chains. Compared to festooning and the busbar system, the e-chains are more energy-efficient, wear-resistant and low-maintenance.
