How do I push a pre-load prism carriage into the rail profile?

You are here:

The drylin NV pre-load prism slide consists of an anodised aluminium profile in which a sliding carriage travels in prism geometry. The lightweight linear carriage is made of solid plastic, namely iglidur J polymer. On the bottom on both sides, there are sliding elements with spring pre-tension. The pretension can be felt. The carriage is threaded into the inner geometry and slightly pressed in at the pretension sliding elements.
