Stage 4. The Journey through Busan

After three days on the road, arrived in Busan, Korea’s second capital. Today’s route was a fascinating mix of nature, technology, and seaside views, taking us from the Eulsukdo Park to the high-tech world of Robo-One, followed by a relaxing stop at Songdo Beach and a visit to Mirae High-Tech.

Each destination offered a unique contrast – from watching birds in a peaceful wetland to experiencing cutting-edge robotics and enjoying the vibrant coast. Let’s dive into the highlights of Day 4 in Busan!

Eulsukdo is a famous wetland habitat located at the mouth of the Nakdong River. It’s a paradise for birdwatchers, home to thousands of migratory birds each season. Riding through the area, we could see herons, ducks, and even rare cranes gliding over the water. The peaceful scenery and fresh air were a perfect way to start the day.

Next, we visited Robo-One, a company specializing in advanced robotics and automation. This was a stark contrast to the natural beauty of Eulsukdo—going from watching birds to seeing cutting-edge robots in action! After diving into the world of robotics, it was time for some relaxation at Songdo Beach, one of Busan’s most famous seaside destinations. The soft sand, clear blue waters, and the iconic Songdo Cloud Trails (a scenic skywalk over the ocean) made this a perfect mid-day stop. It’s the perfect blend of nature and city life, with local seafood restaurants lining the coast.
