Stage 18 Hangzhou:Hangcha Groupto the Waterlogged Forest in Qingshan Lake
Jen Chen | 30. April 2025
Today, we’ve arrived in Hangzhou, a city with a rich history of over 2,200 years. It is home to numerous historical and cultural landmarks, as well as picturesque natural landscapes. In recent years, Hangzhou City has also seen rapid development in its digital economy.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Hangcha Group boasts multiple national-level technology innovation platforms. The company has made significant achievements in the fields of new energy and intelligent logistics. It was the first in the world to introduce products like lithium-ion forklifts, high-voltage lithium-ion forklifts, and hydrogen fuel cell forklifts. Additionally, it offers comprehensive, full-stack intelligent logistics solutions.

The waterlogged forest in Qingshan Lake is often referred to by netizens as Hangzhou’s “Green Wonderland.” Spanning an area of one million square meters, it features a mixed forest of pond cypress and bald cypress growing in water, with the surface covered in floating duckweed, creating a vast expanse of green. The tranquility and serenity here make it feel as though time has come to a standstill. A splash of orange from the Igus:bike, set against the lush matcha green backdrop, has captured a lot of attention, even earning an invitation to participate in upcoming local cycling promotional events.

Where will the Igus:bike go next? Stay tuned for the igus:bike world tour.

Hi, I’m Evan. I’m delighted that igus’ eco-friendly plastic recycling concept has been recognized by tourists and customers. Today’s bike tour ended perfectly with a photo on the igus:bike alongside the popular Nailoong mascot in the scenic area.
