The first day of igus bike tour began in Seoul, a city where the past and future exist side by side. Skyscrapers tower above centuries-old palaces, and bustling streets hum with both human energy and technological innovation. With igus:bike, stretching the road ahead and experience both the natural beauty of Han-river park and the cutting-edge world of robotics.
Riding through Yeouido Han-river park, despite being in the heart of the city, fresh river air, and a skyline that painted a picture of Seoul’s dynamic spirit. Locals jogged along the trails, and fellow cyclists glided past, all sharing this urban retreat along the Han River. The gentle rustling of trees and the distant murmur of city life created a perfect harmony, making the ride both relaxing and exhilarating.
Following the river’s winding path, visiting toward ROBOTIS, a company at the forefront of AI-driven mobility and humanoid robotics. The stark contrast between nature and advanced automation was immediately apparent. Inside the facility, robots moved with astonishing precision, showcasing their role in automation and the future of mobility.
The visit provided firsthand insight into how AI and robotics are transforming industries, from self-navigating systems to human-assistive technologies. Witnessing these innovations in action left a lasting impression, sparking curiosity about the evolving relationship between humans and machines.
This seamless fusion of scenic cycling and innovative technology served as a reminder of what makes Seoul so distinct. As the city continues to cement its status as a global tech hub, moments like these illustrate how the past and future coexist—where natural beauty and futuristic advancements move forward together, much like two wheels on an ever-evolving road.
