igus:bike- The Eye-Catcher at IMTEX 2025

The igus:bike has arrived at IMTEX, Asia’s biggest machine tool show. As the bike spinned through the exhibition floor, it grabbed the attention of everyone- visitors, customers and influencers. We are absolutely elated at how the igus:bike is being welcomed in India.
It was thrilling as we took the igus:bike to IMTEX 2025. And guess what? We even got to ride it inside the venue—definitely a moment to remember. This unique, lubrication-free, fully plastic bicycle has been making waves on its world tour, it made its stop at our booth, instantly becoming the center of attention.
A Bicycle Unlike Any Other
From the moment it arrived, visitors couldn’t help but be drawn to it. A bike with no metal chain, no rust, and no need for lubrication? It sounded almost too good to be true, and the curiosity levels were off the charts!
Our rider, Sohel, took the igus:bike for a spin around the booth, gliding through the exhibition space. As he rode, a crowd gathered. They were fascinated at how smooth the bike was. You could see their curiosity—about how this futuristic design could change the way we think about bicycles.
Influencers Take Notice
And it wasn’t just the visitors who were intrigued! A few influencers at the event couldn’t resist getting up close with the igus:bike. They took some fantastic shots, capturing the bike from all angles. With such reach and influence, we are sure this revolutionary ride is going to be seen by thousands beyond the exhibition walls.
Customers are Excited! So are We!
But the best part? The overwhelming excitement from customers. Many of them came up to us, eager to know when the igus:bike would be available in India. Some were already imagining it as their next eco-friendly ride, while others saw the utility of igus:bikes in various forms—from urban commuting to industrial spaces. The idea of a maintenance-free, sustainable bicycle is something that truly is grabbing the attention of people. Trust us— seeing such enthusiasm in front of our eyes was incredibly rewarding.
