Today, the igus bike tour begins its journey in the heart of Taiwan – Taichung. Our return journey was smooth and quicker than we had expected.

We visited SRAM ADC, which is not far from the company, to learn about the benefits that igus bearings bring to customers when used in rear derailleurs. Many SRAM ADC employees participated in test rides, providing valuable questions and feedback. We anticipate seeing igus products increasingly utilized in the bicycle industry and beyond.

Sharing stories, laughter, and experiences with fellow cyclists enriched our adventure. Naturally, we also took a closer look and look deeper at the innovative igus products.

Located in Taichung campus of the Central Taiwan Science Park, the Giant Cycling Culture Museum is the first museum to explore the world of bicycles through interactive technology and the aesthetics of workmanship. This unique museum features a diverse collection of antique bicycles, installation art, films, and more, help people to see bicycles in a different light.
One of the highlights is the immersive VR experience in the “Competition Palace” exhibition hall, where visitors can feel the excitement of a lively cycling competition. Additionally, the museum provides opportunities to learn about bike-friendly cities, delve into bicycle culture, and experience the bicycle lifestyle firsthand.

This cycling tour is more than just a ride; it’s a journey through time, culture, and innovation. Whether you’re a history buff, a foodie, or an adventure seeker, this tour offers something for everyone. So, hop on your bike and let’s ride for a journey of art, culture, exploration, discovery, breathtaking view and unforgettable memories!
Soon enough, igus bike finished packing, and it was time to head to next country – India!
