Building strong, lasting partnerships with customers has always been at the heart of what we do at igus®. One memorable milestone in this journey was my recent cycling trip to visit Kim Tien Duc, a trusted company specializing in machine manufacturing.
The Journey to Kim Tien Duc
Starting from Gia Hoa Residential Park, an area known for its lush greenery and tree-lined spaces, I set off at 1 PM under the blazing sun. The ride passed by key landmarks, including the Vinamilk warehouse—another valued igus® customer. Despite the heat, the bustling streets of Saigon remained lively with the constant flow of vehicles. With every pedal stroke, this journey symbolized our commitment to fostering deeper connections with customers through innovative solutions.

Upon arriving at Kim Tiến Đức, my team and I were warmly welcomed by their staff at the gate. During our meeting, we discussed the enduring partnership that has fueled innovation in machinery and conveyor systems.
