Behind the igus:bike: How is the frame actually made?

What do a chocolate Easter bunny, a chocolate Santa, and the igus:bike frame have in common? They’re all pretty sweet! Okay, okay, that’s not what I meant – they’re all hollow! At least for the most part.

Why the comparison? Because the manufacturing process is actually quite similar. Fun fact: it’s not just the bike frame that’s made using the rotomolding process, but also the wheels and the handlebar-fork combo.
