4 Customer Visits in a Day: Cycling Through West and Central Singapore – Part 1

The igus:bike world tour rolled on with another exciting day in Singapore, visiting some of our valued customers. Jun Kiang, our Bearings Salesperson, rode the bright orange igus:bike to meet with customers from Wieland Metals Singapore (Pte.) Ltd., Vivo Surgical Private Limited, Avetics Global Pte. Ltd., and Newcastle University. Along the way, we had the chance to share more about the igus:bike, showcase its unique features, and dive into how igus components contribute to their innovations.
First Stop: Wieland Metals Singapore (Pte.) Ltd.
The day began at Wieland Metals Singapore (Pte.) Ltd , a global leader in copper and copper alloy production. Their cutting-edge production lines rely on igus bushings to ensure smooth and efficient operations. It was great to catch up with their team and discuss how igus components continue to support their processes.
Second Stop: Vivo Surgical Private Limited
Next, we rode to Vivo Surgical Private Limited, an advanced medical technology company known for creating innovative surgical solutions. Their surgical projects use igus lead screws, which play a critical role in ensuring precision and reliability. It was inspiring to see how igus solutions contribute to healthcare advancements.
