4 Customer Visits in a Day: Cycling Through North and East Singapore – Part 2

The igus:bike world tour continued seamlessly after Andrew’s customer visits earlier in the day. This time, the bright orange igus:bike was handed over to Clement, our E-Chains and Chainflex Sales Engineer, and Siang Lung, another member of our E-Chains and Chainflex team. Together, they visited Pixel Automation and A*STAR’s Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), adding more exciting stops to a full day of meaningful conversations and innovation.

First Stop: Pixel Automation

Clement took the igus:bike to Pixel Automation, an industry leader in automation systems that optimize manufacturing and production processes. Pixel Automation’s solutions are known for their precision, reliability, and ability to drive efficiency across industries. The Pixel Automation team also had the chance to check out the igus:bike, experiencing how igus innovation extends beyond factories to everyday sustainable mobility.

Second Stop: A*STAR.

Siang Lung took over the ride and cycled to the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), a research powerhouse under A*STAR. ARTC is a collaborative hub that accelerates the adoption of advanced manufacturing solutions through partnerships with industry leaders.
