4 Customer Visits in a Day: Cycling Through North and East Singapore – Part 1

The igus:bike world tour continued under a refreshing post-shower breeze as Andrew, our Bearings Sales Engineer, set off for a day of meaningful customer visits. With the weather perfectly balanced—not too hot and just cool enough—it was an ideal day for riding and connecting with customers who share a passion for innovation and sustainability.

First Stop: Netatech Engineering

The first stop of the day brought us to Netatech Engineering, a company renowned for its sustainable water solutions, including rainwater harvesting and irrigation systems. Netatech has been a long-standing partner, and our collaboration with igus has played a supportive role in ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. During the visit, the igus:bike took center stage as Andrew invited the team to take it for a spin. Their hands-on experience with the bike gave us valuable feedback on its design and ease of use.

Second Stop: Rolo Robotics

The second stop of the day was Rolo Robotics, a company driving innovation in robotics with a strong focus on the food industry. Their advanced robots are designed to automate critical processes, ensuring precision, efficiency, and hygiene—key factors in food production and handling.

As Andrew rode the igus:bike through the city, it served not just as a mode of transportation but as a symbol of innovation and sustainability in action. From water management to robotics, today’s visits showcased the versatility of igus solutions and how they contribute to driving efficiency and reliability across industries.
