For its edge banding machines, the company was looking for a suitable bearing for the unwinding mechanism of the glued edges. Two servo axes automatically rotate banding materials that are up to 2mm thick and 28mm high by 90 degrees and convey them to the banding feed. The solution from ISAS GmbH should be maintenance-free and lubrication-free, have low rolling resistance and a long service life.
