How large can be the maximum cable diameter in the energy chain?
To avoid abrasion of the cables, a clearance space between the cable and the chain is recommended. This is based on the inner height of the chain and the diameter of the cable.
Generally, the following formula applies:
- Electrical cables: inner height -10%
- Hydraulic hoses: inner height -20%
