My iglidur plain bearing is worn on the outside.
Plain bearings with unplanned wear on the outer diameter or bearings that damage the housing hole do not usually have a tight-enough press-fit and, for this reason, have turned in the housing. They are several ways of solving this problem: choosing a temperature-resistant material with low coefficient of thermal expansion, simply gluing the plain bearing in the housing hole or altering the contour so that turning is prevented due to the tight fit (anti-rotation feature with outer rib, angular outer diameter or similar)
