How are harnessed igus cables tested?

After harnessing, all cables pass through our test field. Depending on the specification, various tests can be carried out here. igus works on 10 test fieldswith 3,000 different test adapters.

The following tests among others are performed:

• Digital logic tests
• High-voltage tests
• Network tests
• Attenuation tests
• Upon request: Customised tests
• After each test, the associated test logs are filed digitally and every cable that has been certified in good condition receives its individual test seal.
